Refund policy

sarashala.com now offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders over $150. Items purchased from sarashala.com may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 10 days of receipt by mail.

Please note: sarashala.com will not accept a return on merchandise that has been damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to hello@sarashala.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or return might not be approved.

Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and sarashala.com reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.
